Had a cappuccino and some pastries for breakfast at Dolzon twice during our stay in Amsterdam. Very friendly personnel, very delicious Croissant and Cinnamon Bun and a very cute and calm outside area on a square a little offside the street next to other cafés and protected from the sun by a beautiful tree. Didn't have time to try out their bread and other pastries but they were looking very good too!

Phenomenal bakery. Cinnamon roll, hazelnut raisin bread and brown sourdough bread, all delicious. Super friendly staff, a true gem in Amsterdam

Very nice service, great bread and croissants - there are also other products, but I haven't tried it yet. It's great to have such a place in the neighborhood, the historic cash register stole my heart. You can also buy their bread at the market next door.

This is definitely one of the best bakeries in Amsterdam. Next to the great quality and the fair prices, the staff is also very friendly. will definitely come back! Can highly recommend the cinnamon roll
Just found this bakery today as I was craving for something sweet while going home, what a HIT. Tried the apple tart and it was delicious! Can definitely tell that the ingredients they use are top quality. Well done ! Really looking forward to try more.

I am a regular customer of this bakery and have tried most bakery in Amsterdam. I’m confident to say this is the best bakery in Amsterdam. The pecan broodje and cinnamon bun are out of this world! Must try! Very friendly service is a plus!
Great bakery in Noord, friendly service and high quality pastries. They also have a stand at the market in front of the library (Saturdays).

Amazing bakery! Their bread is super good and they also have bread that you can bake at home so that is pretty handy. I usually get the olive bread which is amazing. The owner is very friendly as well!

Was at Dolzon today, actually first day the have their premiere! I bought a chocolate croissant, and got invited for a applecake and coffee. So friendly this people, and they bake all themselves! I really reccoment this bakery.
This is an absolute gem of a bakery! Fantastic pastries and croissants, when a very authentic looking room. Very friendly man behind the counter as well!
